We can accommodate all areas within Japan. From Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, our extensive coverage ranges from urban areas to rural areas and hidden gems.

However, in rare cases, we may not be able to accommodate a request due to weather or seasonal access restrictions, or restrictions on access to certain private lands. In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternatives whenever possible to make your travel plans satisfying.

We will create several plans based on your requests and decide the specific contents through communication with you. At these times, we will send you quotations based on these contents. If you agree with the contents and charges, we ask for an initial payment of 50% of the invoice amount. You will be sent an invoice by email. Please make the payment by credit card or bank transfer. You will then be sent an invoice for the remaining balance 14 days prior to the start of travel to be paid by credit card or bank transfer as was done for the initial payment. If any changes occur following the initial payment, we will send you an invoice of the modified amount factoring in any increases or decreases.

In the event of inclement weather, the scheduled travel plans will generally be carried out; however, as safety is our top priority, we will provide you with suitable alternative plans if access to a particular area is difficult or impossible.
